Salary range: $117,496-$206,434   The Human Resources Director will play a key role as a strategic business partner providing the full spectrum of Human Resources services and programs to meet all Yusen’s goals and objectives. This role is responsible for partnering with senior leadership in various business functions to ensure consistent practices, procedures, and HR strategies are being executed, as well as providing management and oversight of the field HR staff.

Salary Range: $50,824-$84,425   Position Summary: The Operational Key Manager will be responsible for the day to day management and direction of a the  assigned YLA account relationships.  The Operational Key Manager oversees the delivery/KPIs of various services as specified in the service agreement between the parties or in customer procedures, while continuing to develop and grow the current business. Services may cut across many different phases of the supply chain and multiple vendors of the customers The Operational Key Manager generally consist of  handling one strategic account in which the person is located at said account.   Customer Relationship Management: The Operational Key Manager will function as the primary representative, responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with assigned client. The Operational Key Manager will communicate with clients by telephone, email, or in person, as needed; provide product and service information and answer other general account questions.   Client Expert: The Operational Key Manager  will proactively consult said client on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve client goals throughout the year. In addition, the On Site / Client Manager will maintain and create business relationships within the marketing, sales and other strategic departments of the account as needed. Position Summary The Claims Handling Specialist facilitates the cargo damage/loss claim process within the International Freight Forwarding division.  The Claims Handling Specialist is responsible to receive, register, evaluate, administer, and process air/ocean cargo damage/loss claims pursuant to Yusen’s claim handling procedure.  They also work with Yusen’s branch network and operations personnel on strategies for claims prevention.
