Salary Range: $54,971-$87,343

The Reporting Analyst I is a junior member of the IT team responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of reports, labels, and business documents that provide accurate, timely, and actionable information to warehouse operations, management, and customers. Working under the guidance of a senior reporting analyst, this position develops and maintains SSRS reports, warehouse labels, and document routing configurations supporting Yusen's Warehouse Management System (Manhattan SCALE), and grows toward full ownership of the reporting and label environment over time. The position is required to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and must adhere to achievement-based performance metrics established by management.

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain operational and customer-facing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), including report layouts (RDL), datasets, parameters, and stored procedure data sources.
• Develop and maintain warehouse labels (pallet tags, carton labels, shipping labels) and supporting document routing configurations within the WMS, ensuring labels print accurately to the correct devices across warehouse sites.
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures against relational databases in support of reports, labels, data validation, and issue investigation.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, assistance, and support for the reporting and label infrastructure, including report scheduling, subscriptions, and delivery based on specified frequency.
• Work with business users, project teams, warehouse operations, and customers to gather requirements, investigate and resolve report and data discrepancies, and test deliverables to confirm requirements are met.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives) and manage assigned work through the team's Azure DevOps board, including writing and updating work items with clear acceptance criteria.
• Use Git or equivalent version control to manage report, label, and SQL source files, following team branching, review, and promotion practices across DEV, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and customer go-lives by validating report and label output, resolving defects, and documenting fixes.
• Assist with the administration and support of reporting-related server applications, and develop an in-depth understanding of the team's data sources, tables, and data relationships, growing toward subject matter expertise.
• Monitor the stability and performance of the reporting environment and recommend improvements as needed.
• Document solutions, standard operating procedures, and known issues to build the team's knowledge base.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1+ years of work experience or demonstrable academic/project experience in report development, data analysis, SQL development, or a similar function. Recent graduates with strong SQL fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational database technology (Microsoft SQL Server preferred), including writing multi-table joins and reading or modifying stored procedures.
• Experience developing reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or a comparable report development tool.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology, including working from a backlog, participating in sprint ceremonies, and executing against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Git or another version control system, including basic branching, commits, and pull/merge requests.
• Experience gathering requirements and testing deliverables to ensure requirements are met.
• Strong attention to detail, written communication, and documentation skills.
• High proficiency in standard office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with label design software such as Seagull Scientific BarTender, including label templates and print integration.
• Experience with IBM Cognos or another enterprise BI platform, including report authoring, scheduling, and distribution.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan SCALE, Manhattan WMS, or comparable) or knowledge of business processes in the supply chain and logistics industry.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos) or a comparable work tracking and source control platform.
• Basic Windows Server familiarity, including services, print queues, event logs, and file shares.
• Exposure to barcode standards (Code 128, GS1-128) and thermal/laser label printing.
