Overview

Salary: $75,644 - $90,773 + eligible for bonus program

The Business Solutions Data Specialist is a key contributor to the company’s data strategy, focusing on the development and maintenance of end user reporting and analytics tools. This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Director of Solutions to implement data-driven solutions and ensure the accessibility of all reporting. The specialist will work to automate processes across departments, support departmental leads in their data needs by gathering feedback to be conveys back to analyst and manager and help improve data literacy throughout the organization. This position will focus on documentation of departmental SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's reporting tools including internal data hubs and reporting dashboards
  • Create, & maintain end user reports and dashboards in alignment with company branding requirements
  • Identify opportunities to automate data-related tasks and reporting processes to improve efficiency
  • Provide direct support to team leads, helping them access and understand BI tools
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of departmental SOPs, ensuring documentation is accurate and centralized as well as collaborate with kaizen team to provide feedback on other processes to ensure data integrity across the organization

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recent bachelor’s graduate in business analytics, business administration, communication, finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Power BI
  • Working understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
