Duties:
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
Minimum experience required: 10 years of experience in project management or related occupation.
Minimum skills requirement: Experience developing project charter / project scope and obtaining buy-in from project stakeholders. Experience applying Agile Methodology for Project Management. Experience using DevOps as the primary tool for Project demand and management. Experience supporting product owner in managing communications with stakeholders. Experience managing customer’s expectations for deliverables. Experience implementing an effective project governance system. Experience managing several concurrent, complex projects. Experience setting deadlines and budget of the project. Experience presenting status reports of the project to the leadership of the organization. Experience defining the project’s schedule and scope while balancing with timely and regular value deliveries. Experience organizing and leading working and project status meetings. Experience documenting risks and escalating risks in a timely manner. Experience creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Experience mentoring and coaching Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to apply Project Management best practices and Agile Methodology. Certified PMP. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
