This position is within our NYK Group Americas Inc. (NGA) company.

Must have the ability to commute to our office in Secaucus, New Jersey. 

Salary Range $70,000 - $77,000

Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to provide support to Sales staff to assist in development of internal and external reports, customer support, and liaise with Trade and Customer Service teams towards maintaining a concentrated focus on key markets and compliance with the company’s marketing strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Distribute KPIs from PowerBi reports to support business strategy.
  ▪ Assist Sales with customer contact as needed.
  ▪ Liaise with Trade and Ops regarding issues affecting customers.
  ▪ Maintain significant operational issues (delays, etc) negatively affecting revenue.
  ▪ Scan JOC data, internal stats and other data to identify best potential target accounts.
  ▪ Moderate Sales and Trade Weekly Meetings and prepare minutes.
  ▪ Work with BPM to develop Social Media campaign.
  ▪ Assist Sales in updating/maintaining Customer information in CRM tool and SHAREPOINT (OEM’s/NVOCC).
  ▪ Prepare consolidated schedules for weekly broadcast to customers.
  ▪ Develop and communicate information regarding the competitive schedules/announcements.
  ▪ Monitor and report customer KPI’s for selected customers.
  ▪ Develop, distribute, and monitor a ‘pipeline’ of significant rate quotes.
  ▪ Distribute Daily Flash report coordinating with TRADE to ensure data integrity.
  ▪ Assist Sales & CSR's in onboarding new customers.
  ▪ Collaborate with Sales and NBSA on PowerBi report improvements.
  ▪ Other duties as directed by Sales Management. NON ESSENTIALS:

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree required

WORK EXPERIENCE (Years of experience in the industry and functional area)

Minimum of 1 - 3  years of related experience
