Salary: $74,923 - $97,246 + eligible for bonus program
The CFS Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Container
Freight Station (CFS). This role ensures efficient and compliant warehouse operations, maintains
customer satisfaction, supports process improvements, and ensures full regulatory and safety
compliance.
• Oversee daily operations at the CFS to ensure a smooth, customer-focused workflow.
• Monitor, assign and manage adequate staffing levels to ensure quality operations and to
manage labor costs in line with operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure efficient and responsive
services, including local SCO.
• Ensure all operational processes and SOPs are up to date, effective, and adhered to by staff.
• Lead and participate in operational safety efforts.
• Maintain and improve training manuals and materials; ensure staff Oversare adequately trained
and compliant.
• Use data analysis and reporting tools to track KPIs, manage dashboards, and optimize
workflows.
• Oversees regular inventory and stock reconciliation, including Import and Export Stocklist(s).
• Lead daily and weekly operations meetings to align the team and address emerging issues.
• Develop, assign, and monitor staff performance targets; support ongoing team engagement and
talent development.
• Adhere to TSA-regulated and US CBP-compliant operations and particularly in bonded areas.
• Maintain shift handover processes, accurate documentation, and SOP compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement through Kaizen principles.
• Manage and coordinate all inbound and outbound CFS activities, including cargo receiving,
segregation, deconsolidation, storage, and dispatch.
Minimum Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, Business Management, or a related
field.
• 6–8 years of experience in warehouse or freight station operations, with a minimum of 4 years
in a managerial or supervisory role.
• OSHA, TSA. Or CBP-related certifications are preferred.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in freight forwarding software (e.g., CargoWise, Descartes, or similar) and Microsoft
Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of TSA regulations and bonded warehouse operations.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including cargo handling and customs compliance.
