Salary: $146,635 - $257,630
The Senior Director of Solutions is responsible for driving strategic growth, thought leadership, and innovative supply chain solutions for key accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to develop and execute solution strategies that drive long-term partnerships. The Senior Director will lead a team of account managers and logistics solution experts, ensuring best-in-class service and the continuous development of supply chain capabilities.

Essential Duties:
Minimum Required Qualifications
· Education and Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
o MBA preferred.
o Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a industrial engeineering, solution design or business development role.
o Proven track record of developing and implementing successful solutions for complex logistics challenges.
o Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
o Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
o Experience leading high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Education & Certifications:
· MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
· Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, SCOR-P), logistics (e.g., PMP), or related fields.
· Specific coursework or specializations in areas like supply chain analytics, optimization, or sustainability.
Experience:
· 15+ years of experience in contract logistics or supply chain management, with a demonstrable progression of increasing responsibility.
· 8+ years of experience in a solution design, industrial engineering, or business development role, specifically within the logistics industry.
· Experience working with large, complex, and strategic accounts (including Fortune 500 companies).
· Experience developing and implementing solutions involving advanced technologies like automation, robotics, AI, and blockchain within supply chain contexts.
· Experience with real estate strategy and negotiations related to warehouse and distribution center locations.
· Experience working with international or global supply chains.
· Experience participating in and contributing to a Deal Desk or similar deal review process.
Skills & Abilities:
· Deep understanding of various supply chain models and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
· Proficiency 1 in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems).
Physical Demands:
• Travel: Frequent travel (30% - 50%), both domestically and potentially internationally, is required. This may include overnight stays and extended periods away from the office. The ability to travel independently and efficiently is essential.
• Site Visits: Regular visits to potential and existing properties are required. This may involve walking, standing, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain. The ability to work in various weather conditions is necessary.
• Lifting & Carrying: While primarily an office environment, occasional lifting and carrying of documents, files, or presentation materials may be required. The ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
